Job description
Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications and documentation and create organized project filing per company standard
- Prepare project documentation as necessary
- Communicate with Clients and vendors for specific project needs
- Attend site visits and site meetings as necessary
- Coordinate, pick up and deliver project specific equipment as necessary for site staff
- Coordinate and organize site teams with assistance of Operations Manager as necessary
- Prepare sketches or correction details for site work
- Prepare reports and letters for internal or external use as necessary
